Over 5 years of training experience working with clients of all ages. I have decide to branch out and try to help more people across the world with the information I have collected through science based education and throughout my own teaching experiences. I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science in 2016 and I am a certified strength and conditioning coach through NSCA
